Class Action Opt-Out
Corporations and individuals may find themselves members of a class action. You may learn you are a class member for the first time by receiving a “notice of settlement” in the mail. It is not always in your interest to remain a class member and participate in the settlement. Sometimes, the wisest course is to opt out of the class action and sue directly. Flexible Fee Arrangements
Clients retain the firm on a traditional hourly basis. But we also offer contingency, flat fee, and hybrid fee arrangements for clients who do not want to pay hourly rates.
