Missouri Lawyers Weekly recently recognized Boulware Law and co-counsel for landing the largest Plaintiffs’ verdict in Missouri for 2023.
Brandon Boulware and Jeremy Suhr along with co-counsel at Williams Dirks Dameron and Ketchmark and McCreight were recognized for achieving the largest Plaintiff’s verdict for Burnett, et al. v. The National Association of Realtors, et al. After a lengthy trial, a jury awarded a class of Missouri Home Sellers a verdict of $1.78 Billion. This verdict is also the largest antitrust verdict to-date in U.S. History.
