Attorney Jeremy Suhr of Boulware Law was recently mentioned in the Kansas City Business Journal for his work in connection with a lawsuit brought by former executives of Kansas City-based Agspring. Jeremy filed a motion to dismiss, arguing the plaintiffs’ claims were untimely and subject to dismissal for other legal deficiencies as well.
